I have purchased a boat 5 years ago from Crate's so I have met Brian. He is an amazing guy! Very friendly, co-operative and very well experienced. Last week, I sold my boat but absolutely I will keep our friendship with Brian. If you buy a boat from Crate's you would have good friends, there. This is their philosophy. This is our 4th boat, but this is our first yacht and our first purchase from Crate's in Orillia. We were a bit nervous moving into such a big boat, but Brian Brinks spent a LOT of time with us going through the unfamiliar systems on the boat followed by (much needed) docking and handling lessons.
