I have purchased a boat 5 years ago from Crate's so I have met Brian. He is an amazing guy! Very friendly, co-operative and very well experienced. Last week, I sold my boat but absolutely I will keep our friendship with Brian. If you buy a boat from Crate's you would have good friends, there. This is their philosophy. Service provided by Mark and the service team has been excellent. Had my boat in several times over the past few years for service and maintenance work. Work is always completed to satisfaction, boat returned clean, invoices are detailed and complete. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

He spent over an hour going over different models of boats with us with no guarantee at that time...of us making a purchase. Regal (boat manufacturer) products appear to be well built, well appointed, higher end pieces, and the prices reflect that. Chris even steered us away from a boat he knew "could be problematic". Came away with a new 2022 Regal LS2, thanks to Chris, our salesperson for helping make a great deal for us, and Meaghan in the business office for her work as well.
